2026/27 Season
At Sporting Club Premier, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in our financial policies. Please review the following refund guidelines: All player registration and program deposits are non-refundable once submitted. These deposits secure roster placement, coaching assignments, league registrations, and other operational commitments made by the club. Refunds will not be issued under normal circumstances. However, in exceptional situations, refund requests may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed by the club’s Board of Directors. Any refund granted will be determined on a case-by-case basis and requires formal board approval. For added protection, optional third-party registration insurance is available at checkout. This coverage is provided by an independent provider and may assist families in recovering fees for qualifying circumstances. By completing registration and submitting payment, families acknowledge and agree to this policy.
