Madison Eisele Bio:

Madison Eisele brings a strong blend of Division I playing experience, coaching versatility, and a deep commitment to player development to the PDA SCP coaching staff. She began her collegiate career at Manhattan College on a full athletic scholarship, competing at the Division I level before undergoing two hip surgeries that temporarily sidelined her. Demonstrating resilience and discipline, she transferred to Moravian University to pursue Nursing and Nurse Practitioner studies and ultimately returned to the field through a determined recovery process.

Before college, Madison was a four-year varsity captain at Jefferson High School (NJ), earning First Team State Group Two, First Team Morris County, and First Team All-Northwest Jersey honors, along with selection to the All-Herald Top 22. At the club level, she competed for World Class FC ECNL 2002, advancing to the Champions League five consecutive years, reaching the Final Four as a senior, and finishing as a national finalist during her freshman year.

As a coach, Madison has worked with players across multiple age groups through individual training, clinics, camps, and team sessions with both World Class FC and PDA Sporting Club Premier. She is known for her energy, communication skills, and ability to motivate players of all personalities. Her player‑first approach is shaped by her own journey through elite competition, adversity, and recovery.

Madison’s background as both a high‑level athlete and a nurse gives her a unique ability to support players returning from injury. She understands the physical and emotional challenges young athletes face during rehabilitation and uses her experience to help rebuild confidence, trust, and belief in their bodies.

Hunter Shay’s Bio:

Hunter brings over 18 years of high‑level soccer experience, competing both domestically and across Europe, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and performance mindset that now shape his approach as a personal trainer. As a central midfielder, he learned how to read the game, manage pressure, and maintain elite conditioning — skills that directly translate into helping athletes reach their highest potential.

Hunter’s playing career includes international training and competition in Spain, England, Ireland, and Scotland. He spent time with the Celtic Academy and gained valuable exposure to professional standards while playing in a League One environment in England. These experiences strengthened his understanding of player development, technical excellence, and the demands of elite performance.

At the high school level, Hunter earned First Team All‑Conference honors three years in a row and was named Team MVP for both his performance and leadership. He continued his career at Moravian University, where he became a two‑time First Team All‑Conference selection and again earned Team MVP recognition.

For the past two years, Hunter has coached athletes of all levels, helping them elevate their technical ability, fitness, confidence, and overall performance. His combined background as both a player and coach allows him to understand the full athlete journey — from setting goals, to overcoming setbacks, to maximizing long‑term potential.
